6x7=42 / mini giveaways

s' 7th birthday quilt top is done.

it is measured 66"x77".
contains 42 wonky stars.
it is a fun quilt to work on.
i am so pleased the turn out.


this is one of my fav. wonky star.


this little girl is so happy to see the stars come together.
the way she pictured/dream of.

the most challenge of this quilt.
i would have to say the waste of the fabric.
i had to trim off a lot during the process.
did try to save any little scarp pieces.
but they were too small to keep.
the backing is still in the process.



here are some extra fabric i cut.
#1 giveaway: the first one is cut in 4" squares.
#2 giveaway: the second one is cut in 4" triangles.
i actually made the close measure, but came a little extra.
